Welcome to Wasy! By booking and staying at our property, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation.

Booking and Payment:

  1. Reservations: All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  2. Payment: Payment must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
  3. Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection for damages.
  4. We DOT NOT accept cash payments so please plan accordingly before planning to make a reservation.

Check-in and Check-out:

  1. Check-in: Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
  2. Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may result in additional charges.
  3. If you have a late bus or flight, we have a designed locker area at the entrance where you can leave your belongings.

Cancellation and Refund:

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs as best as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.

  1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in accordance with the specified cancellation policy of the website where you made the reservation. No-shows and late cancellations may result in penalties or forfeiture of payments.
  2. Refunds: Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy and will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined therein.
  3. These bookings cannot be canceled or modified and are non-refundable in case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.

Property Use and Conduct:

  1. Maximum Occupancy: The property’s maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time.
  2. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are in effect from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum during these times.
  3. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
  4. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified in the booking details.
  5. Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused during their stay. Any unauthorized alterations to the property are strictly prohibited.
  6. Behavior: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without refund.
  7. Zero Tolerance Policy for Non-Consensual Behavior: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for non-consensual behavior of any kind. This includes but is not limited to sexual harassment, assault, and discrimination. Any guest found to be engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed from the hostel and reported to the authorities.

Maintenance and Services:

  2. Services: Specific amenities and services will be provided as described in the booking details.

Liability and Indemnification:

  1. Liability: Wasy E.I.R.L. is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during your stay. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay. PLEASE CLOSE YOUR DOORS AND LOCK YOUR VALUABLES IN THE LOCKERS WHEN AVAILABLE.
  2. Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold Wasy E.I.R.L. harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their actions or omissions.

Termination of Stay:

  1. Violation of Terms: Violation of these terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
  2. Force Majeure: Wasy E.I.R.L. is not responsible for events beyond our control that may disrupt or cancel your stay.

Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of REGION LA LIBERTAD.

By making a reservation, submitting a guest form and providing your photo ID, and staying at Wasy E.I.R.L., you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
